Blue Square Real Estate was founded by Alon Blue Square Israel Ltd. in 2005 As part of the Group’s reorganization, in which most of the group real estate were transfer to Blue Square Real Estat

Blue Square Real Estate owns properties totaling 270,000 m² in size. The Company has 120 properties, most of which are rented to companies in the Alon Blue Square Group.

The Company manages the rental of the cash-generating real estate in its possession and its improvement, by adding building percentages and uses. In addition, the Company expanded its activity while initiating and developing projects and transactions in the field of cash-generating real estate and expanding uses for offices and logistical purposes.
